Handcrafted Six Pen Leather Carrying Case

This pen case was dyed Walnut and saddle tan with brown thread.
These pen cases are made from 100% leather (cow hide 4-5oz). We design, cut, hand sew, dye, treat, and finish the leather in our shop. The leather is sewn using a saddle stitch for longevity and durability. The leather used was vegetable tanned and has not been treated with chemicals. This leather has not been processed to make it look perfect, like you find on a lot of other leather products. This does mean the leather may have natural marks, scars and blemishes.
This pen case and hold six pens with a 3/4" in diameter and 6 1/2" in length. When open, the case measures 13" long and 7 3/4" tall. When closed it measures 6 1/4" wide and 7 3/4" tall. There are protective flaps sewn into the case to protect the pens while the case is closed. Pens may be snug when first placed into the case. The leather will loosen up and shape to the pens as time passes.
We make several pen cases at one time. The one pictured may not be the one you recieve. Leather dyes differently from piece to piece, so leather color and pattern may be slightly different.
These pen cases will hold all of the pens made by Provincial Mills.
The pen cases offered by Provincial Mills are handcrafted in the United States (Colorado). We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products 100%. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 21 days and return the undamaged product within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price (minus shipping cost). If items have to be repackaged, are missing packaging materials or any other items that were included with the purchase or have been used and need cleaning, there will be a charge subtracted from the refund. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were when shipped (no scratches, wear and tear, broken pieces ect.).
We offer free Ground Advantage shipping through the USPS on certain items. We do ship certain items or offer shipping upgrades for Priority Mail through the USPS. We can also add Signature confirmation to packages. If you would like Signature Confirmation, please let us know and we will add the charge ($2.45) to your order.
The USPS offers the following timelines as a guide (not guaranteed) for package delivery within the United States:
Ground Advantage: 2-5 day
Priority mail: 1-3 days.
We ship items next business day under most circumstances, but there are times when we are unable to ship orders the following day. If there will be a delay in shipment due to our shop being closed or we are away at a show, we will have a message posted on our "Shop Announcement" section of our home page (near the top of the page) on Etsy or in our blog on our website. During busy holiday seasons there are times when we are unable to ship next day. Once the package is shipped you will be notified and furnished with a tracking number.
We have seldom had any problems with lost packages shipped through the USPS. With that said, if your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with solving the problem.If you have any questions, please send us an email to provincialmills@outlook.com.
***Please double check your shipping address to ensure it is correct. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address that was provided to us. Please ensure there is a safe and secure area for the package to be delivered. Once the USPS indicates the package was delivered, we can no longer assist with any type of loss. If a package is returned to us due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the purchase price of the item (minus shipping), and the item will go back into inventory if you would like to purchase it again.
